Philadelphia native (there are quite a good number of talented people from Philly; Jill Scott, The Roots, Musiq...) Jazmine Sullivan is definitely one of those females around who can actually SING (cough*cassie*cough) and so I'm excited that she has a new video! Her voice is OSS, very soulful.
