I absolutely adore Olivier Theyskens work. He translates femininity impeccably; from his suits to his couture-like gowns which he sends down the runway at ready-to-wear shows. Tulle, ruffles, dreamy evening gowns, beautiful clothes; no one does quite like Olivier!

After starting and subsequently closing a self-titled clothing line, Theyskens was appointed as Rochas' creative director in 2002. A few seasons down the line, he parted ways with the fashion house but was soon snapped up by Nina Ricci as their artistic director. Unfortunately, Olivier presented what would be his last collection for the label in Fall 2009 (a stellar one at that), as his contract was not renewed. He has since been replaced by Peter Copping.

Although there has been speculation that Theyskens will design for Halston, nothing has been confirmed and we are yet to see anything from the Belgian born designer.
