The Shrimp
Think 60s and you think mod, Twiggy, prints, the miniskirt...and then there was Jean Shrimpton. With her gamine features, she was a photographers delight, working frequently with prominent 60s photographers like Richard Avedon and David Bailey whom she was engaged to at some point. He once said of her "she was magic and the camera loved her too. In a way she was the cheapest model in the world - you only needed to shoot half a roll of film and then you had it"
